2025 Chinese Queer Theology Online Workshop

We are excited to announce that the Queer Theology Academy (QTA) will be hosting the 2025 Queer Theology Online Workshop (in Chinese) this August — a unique opportunity for Chinese-speaking Christians around the world to engage in advanced queer theological reflection and dialogue.

Since 2014, QTA has been at the forefront of developing queer theology resources and education in the Chinese language, having successfully organized workshops in 2014, 2019, 2022, and 2024. Queer Theology Academy will be holding its 3rd Chinese Queer Theology Workshop Webinar, targeting Chinese around the world from June 10 to July 10, 2022!

Queer Theology Academy is a pioneer in organizing queer theology workshops in Asia. Two previous workshops in 2014 and 2019 were a huge success.

Feedback from 2014 participants:
Learn to break boundaries, not restricted to binary thoughts regarding gender identity and sexuality. Gained knowledge of Queer Theology, Feminist Theology, Queer movements, and Queer interpretation of the Bible, helpful to my ministry.

 

Get to know other sexual minorities from different regions, acquire new inspiration and approach on pastoral care for the Queer communities.
